Green Procurement Policy

1. Purpose

DXI Logistics LLC (“DXI”) aims to reduce the environmental impact of the goods and services it purchases, in support of our Environmental & Sustainability Policy and the UAE’s national sustainability commitments.

2. Scope

This policy applies to procurement of packing materials, vehicle fleet, warehouse supplies, and office consumables.

3. Our Approach

• Prefer recyclable or reusable packing materials where operationally practical.
• Consider fuel efficiency and emissions when procuring or leasing vehicles.
• Favor suppliers with credible environmental practices where cost and quality are comparable.
• Reduce single-use materials in warehouse and office operations.

4. Roles & Responsibilities
