Environmental & Sustainability Policy

1. Purpose

DXI Logistics LLC (“DXI”) recognizes that moving, warehousing, and freight forwarding activities have an environmental footprint. This policy sets out our commitment to responsible environmental management, consistent with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2024 on the Protection and Development of the Environment and the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 national commitment.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all DXI operations, including warehousing, vehicle fleet management, packing materials, and office activities.

3. Commitments

• Comply with all applicable UAE federal and Dubai municipal environmental regulations.
• Reduce waste through reusable packing materials and responsible disposal of packaging waste.
• Maintain our vehicle fleet to minimize fuel consumption and emissions.
• Manage warehouse energy use responsibly, including lighting and climate control.
• Prefer environmentally responsible suppliers where practicable (see our Green Procurement Policy).

4. Waste & Materials Management

Packing materials (cartons, wrapping) are selected and handled to minimize waste, and are disposed of or recycled in accordance with local municipal requirements.[SPECIFIC_RECYCLING_INITIATIVES]
