Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide through the forms on this website:

• Quote/estimate form: Customer Name, Email, Moving From, Moving To, Service Type, Commodity (when applicable), Move Date, Contact Number.
• Careers form: Full Name, Email, Contact Number, Position Applied For, Cover Letter/Message, and a CV/resume file upload.
• Contact form: Full Name, Email, Contact Number, Country, Message.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to respond to quote requests, review job applications, and respond to general inquiries.

Third Parties We Share Data With

• Microsoft 365 — the 3 forms’ submitted data (including the CV file) is sent by email to our own info@dxilogistics.com mailbox and to the email address you provide, via Microsoft’s Graph API. We do not use a third-party form-processing service.
• Google Maps — only loads if you click to view the embedded map on our Contact page.
• Google Fonts — the “Sora” typeface is self-hosted at build time via Next.js’s font optimization, so no runtime request to Google occurs.
• Font Awesome — icon library, bundled directly into the site’s code, no runtime CDN request.
• MamoPay — UAE payment processor, used only if you click a “Pay Now” link. DXI never receives or stores your full card details.
• Express International Group internal analytics — DXI’s parent group operates a self-hosted analytics system. Each page you visit sends it a randomly generated visitor identifier (not linked to your name or contact details), the page path, and the referring page, to measure site traffic. We do not use third-party advertising or ad-tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data to any third party.
