Supplier Code of Conduct

The standards we expect from suppliers, agents, and subcontractors working with DXI Logistics LLC.

1. Purpose

DXI Logistics LLC (“DXI”) expects every supplier, subcontractor, and agent we work with to uphold standards consistent with our own policies and applicable UAE law.

2. Legal Compliance

Suppliers must comply with all applicable UAE federal and local laws, including labor law (UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021), customs regulations, and environmental regulations relevant to their services.

3. Labor & Human Rights

No forced, bonded, or child labor.
Fair wages paid on time, in accordance with UAE labor law and the Wages Protection System (WPS).
Safe and healthy working conditions.
Freedom from discrimination and harassment.

4. Business Integrity

Suppliers must not offer or accept bribes, must avoid conflicts of interest with DXI staff, and must maintain accurate records of transactions with DXI, consistent with our Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy.

5. Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers are expected to comply with applicable environmental regulations and to minimize waste and emissions where practicable.

6. Monitoring & Non-Compliance

DXI may request evidence of compliance from suppliers periodically. Serious or repeated non-compliance may result in termination of the supplier relationship. Concerns can be raised with [PROCUREMENT_CONTACT_EMAIL].
