Health & Safety Policy

1. Purpose

DXI Logistics LLC (“DXI”) is committed to providing a safe working environment for its employees and a safe experience for its customers, in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2023 on Occupational Health and Safety and applicable Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) and municipal regulations.

2. Scope

This policy covers all DXI operations that carry physical risk, including manual handling of goods, warehouse operations, vehicle operation, and site visits to customer premises.

3. Our Commitments

• Provide training for safe manual handling, packing, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in safe working order.
• Provide appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
• Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses, and act on the findings.
• Maintain warehouse fire safety and emergency procedures.

4. Employee Responsibilities

Employees must follow safety procedures and training, use PPE as instructed, and report hazards, incidents, or near-misses to [HSE_CONTACT_EMAIL] without delay.
